1. I have received an incorrect/defective item, what should I do?

We will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
2. The sizing is not right for my kids, can I make an exchange?

Ensure that the items are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed). A $4 courier fee will apply.
3. How does the exchange process work?
You have two options:

We can arrange a return courier for $4.

You can drop the items off at our location:
One Tannery Road #09-02 (please make an appointment with us before dropping by)
If you opt for the return courier, the process involves two steps:

One courier will collect the original items from you.

Another courier will deliver the new items in the correct size.
4. I bought something on sale, can I make an exchange?
We regret to inform you that exchanges are not allowed on sale or discounted items.
