**All returns/exchanges requests to be sent in to within 14 days upon receiving the items.


I have received an incorrect/defective item, what should I do?

We sincerely apologies if you have received an incorrect or defective item. In this case, we are more than willing to do an exchange for you with zero costs to you. Please contact us at with your order number, name, email address, contact number, and a photo of your incorrect/defective item and our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. More information will be shared then. Kindly keep the original shipping packaging and all items should be in their original packaging with tags intact as we will need to inspect them upon exchange.


The sizing is not right for my kids, can I make an exchange?

Yes, we understand that the sizes may be hard to determine sometimes and do allow exchange of sizes or colours, based on inventory availability. To make an exchange, please write in to with your order number, name, email address, contact number, and our team will assist you as soon as possible. Do remember to keep the items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed) with all tags intact to be eligible for exchange.


I bought something on discount, can I make an exchange?

We regret to inform you that no exchanges are allowed on sale/discounted items.


I received the order and the design does not seem to fit my kids, can I make a return?

We are so sorry to hear that the design is not suitable for your kids. We generally do not make allow any returns for non-defective items. Yet, to provide a more enjoyable shopping experience, you may write in to us regarding your concerns and we will try to suggest an alternative for you!


Can I use normal postage for exchange?

We do not recommend using normal postage as it is not traceable. This means that Lebear will not be responsible for any lost mails in transit. It is recommended to use registered postage.
