Where do you deliver to?

We currently only deliver to Singapore addresses.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping on all orders is SGD4, and we provide complimentary shipping for Singapore orders above SGD50. Complimentary shipping will automatically be selected during check-out if your order is eligible.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We accept orders at any time of the day. Orders are processed Mondays through Fridays and are dispatched within 1 business day of order placement (excluding weekends and Public Holidays). Tracking information will be sent on the day orders are dispatched. Once dispatched, it will take around 2-5 working days to reach you.

For urgent orders, please feel free to contact us at hello@lebearsg.com with your order number and we will try our best to assist.

Which courier service provider do you use?

We use Singpost Courier Service and provides tracking on all orders.

What happens if I am not home to receive the parcel?

In the event you are not home to receive the parcel, the delivery person may leave a form at your door for you to drop by the nearest post office to claim your parcel.

How do I track my order?

The tracking information will be sent to your email address upon order dispatch. For further queries, please feel free to drop us a message at hello@lebearsg.com with your order number and we will get back within 1 business day.

I have yet to receive an order confirmation email from you, what should I do?

You may first check your junk or spam folders as it may sometimes go into these folders. If you did not receive an order confirmation email after checking through your entire mailbox, please contact us at hello@lebearsg.com with your name, email address, and phone number and we will proceed to check and resend the confirmation email to you.

I would like to change my shipping address; how do I go about doing it?

Please email us at hello@lebearsg.com as soon as possible with your order number, name, email address, phone number and your new mailing address. We will try our best to change your mailing address but kindly note that as we process and dispatch our orders very quickly, we are not able to guarantee that your mailing address can be changed.

I would like to report an issue with my order, how do I go about doing it?

If your order is incorrect, missing an item, contains a damaged/defective item, or if you have any other concerns regarding your order, please drop us an email at hello@lebearsg.com with your order number and concerns, and a photo of your incorrect/damaged item. Please also keep the original shipping package and all items should be in their original packaging for inspection.
