1. Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver only within Singapore.

2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs $2.9. Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders above $50.

3. How long will it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
Tracking information will be sent on the day your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes around 2-5 working days.

4. How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to your email address once the order is dispatched.
If you have further queries, contact us at hello@lebearsg.com with your order number. We will respond within 1 business day.

5. I would like to change my shipping address.
Please email us at hello@lebearsg.com as soon as possible with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • New mailing address

We will do our best to accommodate the change, but as orders are processed and dispatched quickly, we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated.

6. I would like to report an issue with my order.
